And poof..............

we've arrived
(again)

albeit, a bit weatherworn
(as expected)

spread along the patchwork green
and in between the cobbled stones

in schoolbus yellow
the flowers call

the wishes, free

O the childhood promise
of the dandelion!

Ahhh . . . And the dandelion has many parts to it, and when you go "poof" into it these parts scamper away to parts unknown, as do mere humans from time immortal. Interesting poetry, Emma.

I love your work Emma.  This one was a "dandy" pun intended.

Love it, EmmaRose. Yes... a promise of childhood.
