When the preacher man is finally through,
Folks all wonder what next to do,
About the sin and degradation,
Not burned up in Hell's conflagration.
Don't be lookin' out yonder for sign,
Ain't no cross where the sun don't shine.
Don't be thinkin' that things make sense,
Evil don't hand out recompense,
The gavel falls and Court adjourns,
To empty chambers he then returns,
Justice sought but was it found,
Statute books all tightly bound,
Black robe hangin' up on the wall,
Pastor done a talkin', he done gave his all,
Back robe hangin' up on the wall,
Judge man heads out to the mall,
Praise the Lord, amen, Haleluyah,
Don't need to worry that God will sue ya,
For three Hail Marys, then you got the cure,
'Cause you're forgiven, soul white and pure,
Life in prison, with the widow grieven'
Does a prison cell stop her bereavin'?
Limestone building with marbled halls,
Muffled sobs as a gavel falls.
Another week with justice sought,
And at the mall a t-shirt bought.
Grandchildren to be taken out to the zoo,
Now that the preacher man is finally through.

Yeah, and the preacher man probably need to pay close attention to what sort of messages he is spewing . . . Nice rhyming . . .

Fine writing as it was getting me ready to get on my soap box. But You are doing fine on your own so I'm staying out of this one.
Keep up the good work!
