In August, 1989, after 40 days of adversities between New York, Chicago, Miami
And New Orleans, which crush for America,
I returned to the airport John Fitzgerald Kennedy, with Dom,
No line in the recording, which surprise,
And a hostess who tells us, by pressing us
There are seats on board for Paris, go there,
There is a flight which leaves in ten minutes,
We take your luggage, then we run in corridors,
And five minutes after we are seated
In a Boeing 747 of Tower air, a big cleaving through the air plane,
It is necessary to recognize it,  no scanner, no attemps,
Unguardedly they had put us in the plane which took off,
While our real flight was six hours later.
Then yes, we can say it by smiling, really,
Those were the days, America danced well....

Wished America still danced well.

interesting 'write!' ...

Amid this 'Runaway American Dream' ... I can no longer remember a time when "America danced well" ...
[or at least, when the 'every-person' (the 'little guy') so-to-speak got invited to the dance!]

Who would have thought 1989 has become 'those days' so soon?

Touch, but don't look
