Another long night
You sleeping next to me
How I miss the times
We fell asleep together

I blame you
For everything
Thoughts keep me awake
Such a heavy heart

Before turning away
Excuses of work in the morning
You put me at fault
For it's my choice to be sad

So maybe it's all me
I could choose to ignore
What I want
How I feel

Maybe it's all me
Nothing's good enough
I try to be happy
But it's all pretend

It's probably me
But I can't stop
The way I am

Oh hunnie! I know this hurt so well. The only one in the situation you can change is you. The only one that can make you happy is you, grasshopper.  Hope you get the hang of that quicker than I did. Bless your heart.

It never is all one person's fault in these situations, but sometimes it can be made to seem that way.

Ouch.  The ache in this is pure, and wrenching.

That's an old movie Hunnie, titled 'He said She said' with the volatile soundtrack featuring 'cuts' like "I blame you for everything","You put me at fault" and "It's my choice to be sad".

If you can't do anything and truly feel helpless, pick up some more popcorn and catch the second show, third show...etc.

On the other hand, you can choose to shore up your weakest point, weigh it all carefully with those you feel the most affection for, and get it sorted out to everyone's satisfaction.

After that effort, perhaps counseling is the way to go. When you can't do it yourself, that's usually the dock to stand on. Ships don't come in, they only depart.

Attached to this post is a powerful hope that all becomes new with the arrival of Spring for you and yours. We of the Winters appreciate leaving the grey scale and absorbing the color bars of a fresh new season.

See ya...

It's you, hunnie, but not your fault!
