what is it in our nature
that makes us so cruel

we start learning
to twist knives
when we are young

we show no mercy
like chickens pecking
we peck, peck, peck
to a slow bloody death

Interesting outlook, or insight actually. I'm only now posting a story a similar, yet perhaps a more specific example of what your post is about. Your words say much about our maligned society.

I hear you loud and clear, Lori. It is in the early years that begins the traits in children that will follow them through life. Too sad.

Jack and Jerry
My daughter has become a victim of cyber bullying that has resulted in her being sexually harrasssed at school. It is absoulutley incredible how far kids will go and how nasty they can get. One thing I can't wrap my head around is the mentality behind this. She has alot of support and this is not her first encounter with bullying. Thank you for the read and comments

Lori
