into my inner senses turmoil can begin
upsetting my dreamy peace
even understanding how this turmoil
upsets others
I have not the way to hold it back
has a mind of it own
I hear the cries
of those in its wake
to wake up and deal with the problem
when I try
only makes matters worse
digging myself deeper in trouble
its too bad
its too sad
Slowly I find my place
the place
before all the hubbub
is a peaceful place
here I will stay

Sounds like you have a good grip on your emotions and know how to express them well as you do here.

Touch, but don't look

Not nearly as good as I would like. These emotions of mine, when let loose is like a stampede of wild horses. Thanks Jack.

ahhh yes, those visitors inside our thoughts, mostly unwelcomed..

kick those dudes out jerry before you blow a head gasket..

seriously though.. pieces like this most dont have the stones to write about..

thats too bad too, because we all have those unwanted visitors from time to time, and one of the best ways of getting rid of them is to  first of all, acknowledge their there.. and how do we do that.. by talking to someone about it, who can actually just simply... listen

or.. write about it

and have all your friends here, listen, with their eyes

and hearts

Just watched America America for the third in a few years. It takes me a while to get the most out of a movie at times. This time I ended up  with tears flowing. If you have not seen this film it is worth a couple of watches. A young Greek man is sent off to his uncle in Constantinople try to make it and get to America eventually to make good and send back first for his younger sister, then his two other sisters. His three brothers next and then for his mother so she will end her life in peace. The father gave a long talk to his son and I now know what he meant when he confided to this young son that he himself "holds his sins within his heart". And after all the hard life and work the son goes through he gets to America and starts sending money to his family. He uttered to someone, "my sins are in my heart" as he had to commit some as his father must have known would happen. His last words are spoken as he was gathering tips for shinning shoes was to the next customer. "C'on c'on People are waiting, People are waiting". And then my tears fell and rolled down hill like a broken dam. Best to all, jo

This is so special, Jo. WoW! We in the so-called civilized countries know not the true meaning of want and freedom. Thank you for informing me about the movie. I'll check it out. I don't have cable or disk, and haven't had for five years. I do rent DVD's at times and play them on there. I'll check for it, thank you again.
