the breath of angels wafting
into the sails of my ship
sailing me home to you

to the ill of my spirit comes this herb
as with the breath of a thousand angels
upon which your fragrance flows

stay within my thoughts
embrace this blessed breeze
and wait for me sweet lover

lay with me on silken shores
kiss me softly, then tell me
that my journey has ended

Wetland, I mean swamp, I mean Marsh-

I hear a tender melody to this. You didn't alert me. I can see this being sung at a funeral.

Now you have me chuckling at a funeral. No wonder everyone is staring.

Gotta stop drinkin' this stuff, or is it that goofy pipe.

Very captivating words, Bluesy. You are missed on Pip. Enjoyed diving tonight to pick this lovely poem up.
