Give Love Another Chance We are as dark ships passing in the boundless midnight sea on a moonless, starless eve. Perhaps a momentary sound ... another distant, lonely voice echoing through infinite Time then again the cloying silence. How rarely in our lives do we truly open our hearts? Sad it seems if one has never loved at all or sadder still perhaps, to have loved and let it slip away. Hold fast to your dreams and keep a place in your heart for the magic of all such little things that may or may not prove true and always, always give Love another chance! --- b. e. adams (2/19/2014) |

I felt like one of those "passing ships" once and I was comfortable in that feeling. Then the periscopes started popping up and I saw a rush of water heading straight for me! I survived the onslaught and have been in a *POL camp ever since. ...you oughta see the Commandant! You always write the most inspiring and gentle poetry. Don't let me louse it up!
