FLIGHT LIGHT
6 April 2006
Searching sky-eyed
for your wings
in soft colours
waiting like a lake
for you
to call my name
in leaf shapes
listening for your almost-breath
in breeze-songs
of low ocean murmurs
and I call on thunder thoughts
to roll in rain-promised air
and I am here
in the midst of them
ablaze and ready
with sun-splashed lips
to wrap you acquiescent
in trembling birdsong.

A beckoning to those powers of nature that create such wonders and delights. If only we took enough time to listen and observe, commune and harmonize.

Diana, When he stepped out of that plane and saw your anticipation and then felt the kiss you saved for him alone. I know he felt as if he was kissed by the Goddess of love herself.
