I hear the town bell ringing in dark and doom
But I fear not for I belong to the moon
I have felt this pull from the womb
In all it phases it speaks to me
Gain and release
Full moon power
Hearing me
Hear the we
The power of three
Seek your heart
Feel the need
Be specific in all your needs
For the moon is a powerful orb
Pulling from me all that bleeds
All my needs
So this this day
Make a wish
And so mote it be

This is fine poetry to settle into. The moon and all its many influences, real and otherwise have always been a part of literature and mystic arts.

It's different now though since we know we've 'been there' and actually left quite a bit of garbage on it's surface. It's a 'bubble- burster', I know...most of reality is.

Touch, but don't look
