Fair to middlin' of nowhere

Apply in person
Must pass preliminary
evaluation by
Human Resources
(husband and daughter)
BEFORE submitting
application

Prerequisites:
Half crazy (to be willing to fill out application)
Needing a friend like crazy
Can see commonalities in prerequisites

Qualifications:
1. Shoot from the hip
2. Don't take no ship
3. Make me laugh until tears drip

The position's been open
for over a decade now
you'd think I would have
found  another one somehow

I wish you could come back
and take my place
with him again
He'd love that too

He would want
to see the look
on her face
at the changes
he has made
to their place
since she passed
She would have liked
my stuff too
She always did

My favorite person
in that chapter
of my book
she has left
an opening behind

I am bereft

You can't tailor the person to fit the clothes...or can you?

Since you didn't mention a background check Lori, you should be inundated with a deluge of applicants.

Good luck and good wishes for an entertaining read.

Jerry-
After all these years I realize some vacancies can't be filled. You just retire their number. Thanks my friend.

That's okay Yann.  You are one of my Blue Buffet friends and they are very, very special in their own right.  They can do magic.
