My imagination dances
on a tightrope,
high above the crowd,
amid the twinkling lights
of wonder.
My balance pole
is intuition,
my strength
poetic vision.
I must not look down.

I love this, Ida, and the sustained high-wire imagery!  Very cleverly done, as always.  A very beautiful fusion of philosophy and poetic art!

No, forever look ahead and above, never down.  A short, but penetrating poem, Ida.

What a rush!  My goodness, I  just loved this - and I hope you don't mind if I put it in my library!
