Sharing the Love of Together

"Everyone's had a heartbreak."

What do you do
when the person you care for
says "we're through."?

What do you say
on a heartbreaking day
when the person you love
tells you they're going away?

You can wallow in sadness & fear
thinking you can't go on
unless they remain near.

Or you can
truly experience love
and let the one you love
go on to find the one
they want to love.

For only when two people
are equally in love
with each other
will you know the blessings
of a shared love together.

Equally shared love, yes, but when two people live together one of them ultimately emerges as the more dominate one. It just happens. Nothing wrong with that scenario if the love is strong enough to sustain it.

The good Lord didn't create anything without a purpose, but mosquitoes come close.

So true, James.  As hard as that can me, that is the wise thing to do and the wise and most healing way to look at it.
