Women-
Leave my pillow alone,
And don't touch my side of the bed.
I'll be ready when I'm ready,
I have to fix the hair on my head.

Men-
Don't nag me because my socks don't match,
At least they are both white.
I control the TV remote,
There's a sports game on tonight.

I chat with my girlfriends,
You hang out with the guys.
The girls gather together in the ladies room.
The men don't understand, that's no surprise.

We are who we are,
And that's what makes us great.
All we need is patience and understanding,
And a little give and take.

This is a great poem taking on the differences of men and.women, Kat, and taking it on in a gentle understanding way.

If the mob governs, man is ruled by ignorance; if the church governs, he is ruled by superstition; if the state governs, he is ruled by fear.
