i would speak

i would

write...

document this lacking

this emptiness
this...

nothingness

prevailing
over the waking day

belying
that i am surrounded
by turmoil

as if
a war is ongoing

but if that is so

i think it's me
that is losing

my words are soaked
in red

Oh, I hear you, luminosity. I have been down that road for a few decades. Hoping you can find it within your heart to forgive yourself of past deeds and thoughts, and when you finally do you can forgive others and that, my dear, will set you free.

Good for you. Try to work on my remedy. It does work, but you have to truly forgive yourself before you can forgive the others. It took me months after I forgave myself to forgive those who had wronged me. I am without stress and my thoughts are pure, there is no hatred within me to anyone.

I do understand...once I had written myself free and clear, but it seems life has been cornering me of late and a lack of words has me feeling like there is no way out...but I have not stopped trying...thanks again, your encouragement helps

This is one I can truly relate to.  It's hard to fight a war though, when your opponent doesn't even know you're fighting.  Hope your outcome fares better.
