In drift of night soft
falling from a ladened sky
crystal snowpetals

I dance in the cold
uplifted to the clouds
and drift like the snow

Theres no one but me
no prying eyes to see
angels falling down

Drift on through the night
delighting in the shadows
that dance on the snow

Magical! For me there are few things that can compare to the beauty of snow ... so I adore  poems inspired by it.

You rendered the atmosphere most beautifully. And it is a pleasure to welcome you back on these blue pages, dear Paula.

Some of my favorite memories are of being alone in the snow at night.  Bless your heart for bringing them back to me.

Wonderfully penned, Paula. I love this time of year when the moonlight reflects against the snow in the evening. Much enjoyed.

Best wishes,
/Kit
