Flickering light,
Fiery white,
Blazing wick,
Burning stick.

Dark so sweet,

Gentle heat,

Rhythmic breath,

A flicker,
A flare,
Fiery white.

Richard

Candles can do that to ya . . .

I really liked this, Richard... my dark soul was crying for "peaceful death" to be the endline, (my fiery white having burned out long ago),  but you make me recall those brighter days vividly.
