Liking Nice


She was sugar
she was spice
she was
everything nice
and I like nice,
my wants wanting her
my needs needing her
my heart desiring her,
and I fell hard
like the rock
of Gibraltar
and she fell softly
into my arms
like I was the guy
that would never
let her go.
