There's an apathetic feeling
that i can not
Quite understand.

Its chaos
A pandemonium
A maelstrom

Of emotion,
All of them.

Just at the tip
Of ones thoughts.

Its melancholic
Its frustrating
Insane!

Something that isn't,
But is!

Like a mind
Trying to imagine
Non existence.

So i sit here,
Tapping my foot,

There's an apathetic feeling
That i can not
Quite understand.

Richard

Richard, I was drawn by the title as I wrote one with the same title a long time ago.

Yes, the not understanding is something that is difficult to digest.  I enjoyed your poem, though I am sad you are experiencing this.

Frustrating, to say the least. Insanity to say the most.

I enjoyed your thoughts within this piece very much Richard. A very intriguing read which left me pondering the many questions of life. Nicely done.

Best wishes,
/Kit
