When the reader
Doesn't get the poem.

And the author doesn't know!

When the poem
Doesn't get the reader.

And the author doesn't know!

Tis incompatibility complete
A failure in communication!
A misculculamacation!

And the author doesn't know!

So they squabble
So they warble
So they marvel
So they marble!

And the author doesn't know!

So the poem goes to down to business
And the reader goes up to visit

And the author doesn't know!

So they seek out a solution

That the author doesn't know!

so the reader and poem
Go in to analytics
And come out hand in hand!

And the author knows too late!

Haha, this made me smile. It's really cute ... but I think that a poem speaks to every reader in a different way and not always the interpretation might come close to the author's intention. Does it matter? What matters is that the poem stirred the reader's interest and emanated an emotion somehow, that alone makes it always a success.

I enjoyed your take on it anyway.
