oh, I understand
I'm no champion of anything
no . . .
I'm no world class boxer
intellectually I fall short so many times
there are countless things
I fall short of . . .
except one
and that is I'm the best in the world
at being who I am

And who else should set the standards by which we weigh ourselves?  That's right... no one but you.  Enjoyed, Jer.

What a liberating perspective! Wished I would have thought of that.

Thank you Michael. Yep, when it all comes down to it we are the one who pulls our strings.

Appreciate the thoughts on the poem, Lori. If you'd had another day I have no doubt that you would have come up with it.

I guess playing our role as best we can is our contribution to the whole. We must have been assigned our place for a reason.

That as good a reason why we're here as any I've heard, Ida. Will we ever find out why we're really here?
