sometimes I fashion a holding pattern
within my thoughts
I caress Lancelot's demonic sword
I need it to keep myself sane
as the world is going completely bonkers
they are out there
prancing within the Revolution
splashed on TV's screens
and computer monitors the gang mentality
strutting down the middle of streets
stopping traffic
harassing everybody, women and children
there are laws being disregarded
that meant there are LAWS broken
people calling for the murder of Zimmerman
another law broken
authorities do nothing
we are living in a monumental tragic time
Iran's Islamic government foreign ministry
criticizes  Zimmerman's acquittal
this, coming from
the most racist and brutal religionists
on the face of the earth
THAT IS SCARY FOLKS

We allowed the ultra liberal teachers union to dictate what children learned in school for the last fifty years. They don't even teach the history of America, or if they do, it is slanted. We are in a sad state.

uh hem...It would be the community elected schoolboards and Boards of Education I believe that have the last say on curriculums. What teacher are required to teach out of the new text books.  I know in my case, I work with union teachers, they get to have "in put" on new teaching software for computer based classes. But their in put is irrelevant because the Schoolboard/Board of Education calls the shots and ultimately gets what it wants.
Teachers are an easy target. I say you have valid points but aim higher at Universities
where all the PHD's are doing the real crazy thinking.  At the highschool level we are still just pushing the basics and fighting again over whether we come from monkeys or God's Playdough.
On the inside on this one my friend.
Like I said you have some very valid points Jerry.

I knew you would zero in on me here, Lori. Yes, You are correct, the School Board, et al, are the real culprits, and yes again on the colleges and universities. Thank you for your valuable input.

I worked in the schools for thirty years and all I can say is education these days is nothing more than a complete brain washing.
