     Zen potpourri

fading twilight
the star-tapestry parts___
moon over ‘endless’ hills

multitudinous hopes
infinite dreams ___
one red rose

even in the desert
the ocean___
in a shell

swans neck
in the sunset___
magic silhouette

giant setting sun
a world in red___
all things passing

crescent moon
carving time___
in an endless sky

close of day
human schemes___
indifferent moon

nurturing life
splintering rock___
the voice of water

darkling forest
everywhere ___
owl eyes

infinite sky
enigmatic moon___
the edge of time

for enlightened men
every woman___
cherished

Beautiful, dear Bruce, every single thought expressed can be meditated and bring peace and light.

Thanks to each of you ... I'm glad at least a couple of folks sometimes read my humble lil' "poetic scribblings" ...
