Mercury light grimaced,widening
open mouthed, through leaden
clouds heavy, streaming silver
puddles onto the ground.
Quickening faster than heartbeat,
nimbus accelerates, wind sweeps
around you, gathering you up
for a distant land,
where hope waits by
waves gently streaming ashore.

music was my refuge.i could crawl into the spaces between the notes and curl my back to loneliness - Maya Angelou

I enjoyed the flow of the poem, the lead in from one seque to another,  the currents moving all along in the natural rhythm of
romance

I adore this cloud dream, somehow felt home within your beautiful imagery.

How wonderful to be a cloud. Even if it's just a dream. Enjoyed!
