Watching from high,shiny
winds moving under us,
food left as they
speed away. Red rain
upon hard black earth,
soft inners ripped out,
snatching what we can,
warm red rain on
us,covering heads, beaks.
We take all we
can fill up with
before the black specks
flight to cover the
food, buzzing like a
blizzard in the heat.

Very interesting "bird's eye" view.
