THE I-PHONE RINGING
SHE ANSWERS
THROWING A WIPE ON THE GRASS

THE GRASS USED TO GROW
USED TO BE GREEN
AND STILL WEEPING DEW
SINGING A FOREVER "ADIEU!"

HE PUT A LAPTOP ON THE KNEE
AND CONNECT TO FACEBOOK
A COLD COFFEE NOTHING TO COOK
SMOKING A "CASA" BLACK TOBACCO

A CHILD PLAYING WITH MUD
A FLY LANDS ON HIS PALE FACE
CARELESSLY DIGGING A HOLE
TO BURY HIS DYING DREAMS

THE GRASS USED TO GROW
USED TO BE GREEN
AND STILL WEEPING DEW
SINGING A FOREVER "ADIEU"

I like the simple, Haiku like texture of your poem. Very nice.
