Fair to middlin' of nowhere

It came without storm
gusting blustering
shuddering slams
tipping tumbling
blunders bashing
chimes clang clashing
Relentless wind
whistle whines
through cracks
and crevices
Catcalls of mayhem
fill the blackness
with thunderous mysteries
to be solved
in the light of day.

There is great energy in your writing style.  I pictured a cyclone in this one...fine read!

WoW! Such force within these lines and the last three are the kicker for sure. I could feel the torrent of wind . . .

Not sure if all those thunderous mysteries can or will ever truly be solved, but they sure are a pleasure to behold.  Haven't had a good thunderstorm out here in quite awhile.  I envy you.

Wind storms visit here often.  You've
written a very descriptive depiction
of that event in your, "Hard Wind".
First things I thought of were tumbleweeds,
and dust.  Nice writing, Lori!

The wind you write of is so fierce, it's like Mother nature dressed in a coat of armor.

Loved the visuals, excellent poem Lori~
