The northern mountains
often lead to the corn rows
that toiled with one another
until no wind could be between their desires

The lakes lit the sky
often turning into the holes of the night
finding their space between the planets and the stars

It was quiet around
much like a thunders last gasp
with the red fields to the right
borrowing each others hands
so they could watch the forest
move in the throws of the mountain
that stood in front of them

To the great escape
the hearts growing silence.

Tomer, I basked in the natural beauty of this, despite, and paradoxically because of - its surprise ending.  Very beautiful, from beginning to end.

Owl-

I'm happy you enjoyed the nature aspect of the piece so much.  Your comments are always welcome and on point.  Take care.

Cheers
