She took her clothes off
like each part of her skin kneeled
waiting for the next to come off

They use to sit next to one another
back in school
back in a haze that jaunted the hallway rooms

Time had passed
now they were together in a room
with each part of the ceiling staring down on them
like her three paintings on each wall
they couldn't stop baring down on them
their colors illuminating each bodies sigh

The curl of a sly smile
under the snow filled choir
of her deep set lips
a nip at lis hip
touching her on the back
and forward towards the brace of her ankle
up towards her kneecap
sliding his hand all along
like the shine off a pianos base player
graceful but stoic
brown in her soul
for her eyes blended with the brown covered pillow

He moved to the bottom of her elbow
with his eyes closed
he dreamt of a body in its harness, in a hammock
as she swayed back and forth,
back and forth
riding herself into a picture
of where the vanilla sky caught whim of her
her tan, sand skin sliding into the furls of the grass
Her quiet picture next to him
as his hand kept moving
until it finally felt the tip of her chin
slightly raised,
as she waited for him

With his hand
he gently tilted her head down
towards his lips
soft undid the rose tip
lips that finally locked
through the night filled fog
the crest of the night
saying his brown curls would lend themselves
until the morning softly spoke.
