Early night
A light Blue moon
On winter snow

No doubt as before
There are rabbits
Playing in the fields
And deer in the forest
Moving among the trees

Our rooms are warm
The wine is good
We feel no need
To go outside
Alone together
We are home

In rocking chairs
We bought so very long ago
A pair of sparrows
Under wooden eaves
