Do you love me from deep within your heart? That secret place where the seeds of love grow. Do you love me like your sculptured piece of art? With slender curves from breast to tip of toe. Do you love me like your painting by Van Gogh? A painting of olive groves and orange skies. Do you love me like your wine from Bordeaux? As I dine within your lips and your eyes. Do you love me like moods of DeBussy? His "La Mer" or his "Claire de Lune" Do you love me like a symphony? Tides of the sea and light of the moon. Would you like to compose sheet music alone? A Sonata of sweet movements of our own. A poem is never finished, only abandoned. |
