I tried to be quiet and gentle,
She thought I was screaming,.

She decided to take a different approach,
I felt she was bringing up things from the past.

I am a peaceful person,
She accused me of hawkish thoughts.

She presented me with a beautiful rose,
I am wary of the thorns.

I try to see her point of view,
She only sees my blinders.

She tries to be more appeasing,
I sense her egotistical nature.

I decide to stop the arguing,
She faints from the shock.

Cute one Jerry. Opposites do attract ha. Making up is the nice part. Cute photo too.

Good morning, Victoria, and thank you for your visit to my place in the Blue Room. Yes, indeed, opposites most certainty do attract and the making up is a wonderful way to spend a day, or two, or three, or . . .

Your words fit the picture to the "T".
