Eyes closed in the night
I witnessed a white light
twas only there for a short
my mind a mental fort
enclosed in my emotion
the sight ,a dream? an ocean?
what to think of this progression
a split between my depression

It's comfort in an enclosed space
my quick dream leaves without a trace
how it leaves me distraught
and is my day's only thought

I cannot forget this light
my feelings of last night
I picture clouds while in flight

Where have you gone my special sight?
