hold on tight
we live in a fleeting place
our existence
the phenomenon of the experience
compares to watching your mirror image
in a lake
there it is, you see it
then it is gone or has changed
because of ducks paddling by
rippling your image awry

our very existence
is akin to
clouds roiling in the sky
never staying the same sculptured shape
for long
changing form
when touched by the wind
when we think of our moment now
excitement, horror, joy and peace
gone forever by the gust of life force

we live split second by split second
although it may appear
to us longer
to give the instant viability
seize, dammit, the moment

HiJerry, took some time out of my very exciting life (LOL) and decided to check some poetry.I need it at this time. Loved this! It describes life to a Tee.We never know what the next day or half a day or even the next few minutes will bring. jo
