These spaces
warm
and voiceless,
a capriciousness of territory
bathed in afore and
aftermath,
between stretches
of tundra
and tormented
tranquility,
they fill me,
with glut
and glamorous engorgement,
of emptiness

A spear of
salt
tween loaves
of breadth,
green eyed cherries,
pitted
against themselves,
in the belly
of the feast,
a scream unseen,
a flame
of reign,
that tore the
blinds
of whispered, bashful,
guiltless,
shame

The brushstrokes
feathered
lay nil,
on silent silhouette
in the quill
of nightie

A palette alabaster, of
ivory heave

As vessel turbulent
travails
past swollen,
cease

A splintered mast
abated
by emancipated
serf,
prisoners in
trapped release,
of penal ambush
puckered,
crease

Engulf me sweet
in the two of
morrow,
with clasp of
heeling
and grasp
afoot

We sing the
watered sky
organum,
owe shunned
debts
of in voice
due

Swallow soft
climactic whether,
wad of winsome
want,
a flew

You’re the
dream
that rode the tide,
and pulled my faith forever
through

This is very beautiful, Richy – passionate, vibrant, superbly constructed in its careful, very clever, ambiguous wordplay, each word “le mot juste” and so meticulously placed in luscious images, to create a perfect, seamless whole.

aww thanks Ida.. yes, here for the time being anyway..

this place is like that hotel in cali where you can check out anytime you want, but you can never really leave haha
