Last winter, when the trees were void of leaves, several blackbirds, perhaps crows, too, were perched on the naked tree tops, but for their shadowy silhouettes. This is the poem that I wrote that morning: a trio of avian shadows atop the arbor twigs across the way a quintet holds tightly to their wings yet now as Sol has brightened a mere duet remains what mathematical equations brought about this "n"ly change? Thanks, Blues, I just may get a title from your remarks. I'll have to say, I've lost access to most of my poetry.It's on a thumb drive and in older files. None of which my updated, yet still antiquated, operating system can read. Some day when I've discretionary time, I'll have to search the archives to see what I can recapture.
