Echoing the past, what was it?
I looked for it I will admit.
I needed to resurrect things,
Make of it a refreshing Spring.

It was bloodied, what about that?
Blood can be cleansed and echoed at.
It's the echo worries me though,
Echoes have tendencies to grow.

History will tell the true tale,
It'll tell every single detail.
Don't leave it to the echo; no,
It would taint the simple word flow.
