Fair to middlin' of nowhere

As essences would have it
and intricate synchronicity be
Existential tendrils twine
particles of time
into sentient breath
Butterfly effect
flits inevitable dice
Fate and faith
juxtapose
across minds
time begat
Between times
of dust to dust
countless paths crochet

I like all of these lines, with the last line sewing everything up nicely. Or in your case crocheting it up.

Ascentiant? Bigger than us? Something supreme? Just asking.

Well, I'm beginning to think I have the wrong word.  The one I was looking for means (or so I thought)having awarness of self...like when Adam and Eve "realized" they were naked, making them different from the animals. I was trying to refer back to the time when homo sapiens became "people"

Help me out here if I'm wrong.  Lori

Dear Lori, I love your thought pattern here and you expressed your vision wonderfully. I think you meant to use the word "sentient" ... We are sentient beings and that is indeed an enormous step ahead along the path of our evolution.

Much enjoyed.

Bless you heart Margerhita! That's exactly what I was looking for. So glad you got my drift anyway. Lori
