There's a burning flame
That lives in my heart
Which becomes ablaze
When the hour is dark

There's a fire that burns within me.
Burning deep within my soul
Ablaze fuelled only by your sweet love
Like some everlasting coal

The blaze cannot be extinguished
And it never will go dark
It's burning deep within me
Burning  deep within my heart

Burning only for you my sweet
Burning just for you.
Burning on my love for you
Which forever will be true.

Nicely worded poem to your love, N'oz, and I hope the words ring just as true fifty years from now as the did the day you wrote them.

So this is the day! Good luck!

Thank You to everyone for the lovely comments,I really feel honored and humbled by the very kind reviews I have received here on pip.
As I have explained before I really only began writing poetry as a way to try to express my love for my girlfriend,I try to put down in words exactly what I feel in my heart and it thrills me that more experienced poets here enjoy reading my work.
By the way everything is going well here in Utah,Denise is as beautiful as I had hoped and she loved the ring.
Thanks again everyone
Cheers
N'oz
