Not sure if you've read Goodkind's Sword of Truth series, in which case a confessor is someone who extracts truth with just a touch, although simultaneously melting all neccessary brain functionality... or just from a religious vantage point, where you confess you sins hoping for some sort of absolution but in either case it's profoundly scary. Great write. Michael |
