     Bubbles in the Void

A full moon kneads
the star-field horizon
against an infinite sky
beyond these ancient hills
that talk against Time.
The pine-wind forest lightly
dances evening’s tune
across a thousand miles
  of Summer.
This world spins ever on
in an endless cosmic dream
life ... and death ...
past ... present ... future
our lives are but a
bubble in the Void.

You have it all together in this poem, Bruce. You push the cosmos into an understanding and simple reasoning.

a tiny bubble
that when it bursts,
bursts within another... void.
Enjoying your poetry,
Ms. E
