Nature’s Splendor

A soft summer day comes to an end
Cumulus clouds gather this evening
Slowly the sun begins to descend
Setting clouds afire with color
Reds, oranges, and yellows paint the sky
My soul rejoices at the splendor
Nature’s miracles fill my spirit
I smile from inside as peace warms me
Eyes light with pleasure as I watch
Stunning beauty of Mountain Sunset
Peace and serenity join my dreams
Where he joins me in nature’s splendor

You make my inner man sing when I get to read one of your poems, Karen, so simple, so wonderful.

Startime - Now you've gone and done it. Just when I was in need of that 'warm fuzzy feeling', you knighted the day with this poetic one and I thank you for it. The visuals show your craft Karen. Enjoyed. Namyh
