            Kinhin

truth lives deep
within self
and selflessness ...
when one must choose
to simply walk away,
forever in the silent
  shadows,
from a lady of such
  radiance
that shames the sunrise,
(knowing that there
    is no greater grief
    nor penance than
    the eternal invisibility
    of unrequited love)
this too is zen.

Your thought process just keep getting better and better, Bruce, and . . . Yes, as for as selfishness, walking away is good, hopefully enough will read this that will make a difference.

Such wisdom, Bruce. I think sometimes walking away is walking toward.
