Days have passed since
I sat down with you ,
Memories have faded to
Remain just a few ,
Things I would say have
Reduced to a hi ,
The only remains of us
Is in my inward eye ...
But yet I wouldn't shy away
To wish you my best ,
So what , if our friendship
Couldn't stand the test ,
So what , if you have
My love surrendered ,
You might never notice
But yes , I remembered ...!
