He saved me.
I mean God,
God saved me.
Not just by sending His Son to
die for me,
and for us all,
but He saved me, from me.

I was headed out there.
Far.
Thought I was right,
no…
let me correct that,
Sure I was right.
Couldn’t be told otherwise.

Wrong!

Surrounded by predators
and sharply falling away precipices,
I surprisingly found myself
not so right.
Backed into the corner
I cried for Help.

He heard.

He didn’t kill the wolves
as I had asked.
Didn’t even fill in the holes
to make the path easier.

He simply cradled me in His Hands,
turned me around,
and headed me
in the right direction.

The quiet belief in this
speaks loudly for you...
and I am very glad that you
found it in your heart
to share the message.

Some will hear, some won't...
but I'm glad YOU felt his hands

and shared His Word.

thank you lady, and yes that is the way of the message, but despite the fact that I write little these days, my 'belief' is what keeps me going.....*smile*

Nice to see an appreciation for spiritual thinking these days as it seems to be tossed aside in most areas of this modern life.
Very nice thoughts.

thanks ethome, when its all that keeps you standing, it is not easily tossed aside...but yes I think this world keeps us busy and preoccupied by design so that the real things that should be important, like the spiritual things will then become unimportant

Like a gentle father redirecting his child...
so well done, Luminosity.

Such a powerful testimony is written in such quiet tones... This is beyond beautiful, dear friend... as are you!!!
