A Work of Art

Unchanging and timeless
are feelings that flow strong
filling the soul with hope
that words can have access

Words weave nature’s story
painting mountain pine trees
perfect moonlit pathways
under star-field glory

Stars twinkle their own sound
in eternities music
while illuminating
the heavens most profound

Heavens bless hearts intent
within man and woman
who whisper love on winds
as ancient light descents

Ancient Spirit fills heart
soul and mind with desire
dancing to an old tune
loves beat - a work of art

These three lines just capsule this poem, Karen. You have mastered the art of Heavenly love superimposed with the backdrop of Nature's own love story of thriving beauty.
