            the lady

Across the boundless
sky-rim moonlit sweep
  of endless hills,
only passing thoughts and
  gossamer clouds
ride this gentle evening breeze
and stir the starry fabric of
the heart and soul to dance
in wondrous memories
  and dreams
of such a lovely lady and
a night ... of perfect love.

Oh so beautiful, dear Bruce. You dwell in romantic memories and share them with your usual mastery.

Would that my pen were dipped in the same poetical ink that yours is, Bruce. This is lovely.
