her beauty is music to the soul
by candlelight a goddess glow
standing 'neath the full moon
so lovely men have swooned
when she walks among the trees
she offers you wine and brie
all the men that she has known
drank deep from her home grown
when the women see her pass
behind jealous hands they sass
she is that bell that has been rung
a strong woman swift of tongue
she is midnight obsession told
she's Saturday's playfulness bold

Great title...and you resounded if fully
within the poem. Excellent work, Jerry...

Quite the pic Jerry

Lots of ambiguity here and I really like it.
Fine writing like this.

"when the women see her pass
behind jealous hands they sass
she is that bell that has been rung
a strong woman swift of tongue"

I like all the places that could  go....smile....

The words concerning poetry are subject to many image-builders, that is the magic of poetry. Thanks for dropping by.
