I use to waste away the day Only finding peace while asleep I was happy in a weird way I never wanted to make a leap. That all seemed to melt away Once I seen your smiling face Now I live to see you each day For in the sight I find blissful embrace. I miss you before you are gone Not knowing when I will see you again It makes me sad for so long When I have to watch you go along. I live each moment with you in mind Everything reminds me of you It always puts me in a bind, Till the day that I get to see you. Now peace is rare to find For it only comes with you It puts me in a bind Whenever I am blue. You are happiness in true form Chasing away every sad storm. |
