Slow dancing, head on my shoulder,
She's forty, I'm one year older.
Our bodies hugged together close,
It feels if we're not wearing clothes.

Sweet perfume I smell that you wear,
Is almost more than I can bear.
Your body is pressed against mine,
I'm heady and it's not the wine.

The music slow and sensuous,
Seems to be for the both of us.
The dance floor is crowded tonight,
Everyone's smiling love's delight.

You murmur softly in my ear,
I swear it almost brings a tear.
I heard the words, they were so sweet,
There's a motel right down the street.

I can just picture this, the poem reeks of her perfume.  Well done my friend!

Yes, and I know that perfume's smell well. Thank you for being here, Lori.

Many thanks, Karen. Yes, it brought back some pretty darn interesting memories too.

Haha! Sorry about that, Eric, I just couldn't help myself. That wasn't the way I had planned for it to end, but, well, like I said, I couldn't help myself.

He he Jerry, I think you know I know where you're comin from..
I'm a red blooded Canadian boy and you're a red blooded American boy and we understand each other.

Have a good day my friend.
